I grew up in Upstate South Carolina making short films and YouTube videos with friends since about 12 years old. Instantly, I discovered an insatiable desire to put people in front of a camera and make a movie. And another one after that. And another one after that.

This past May I earned my B.F.A. in Film and Television from SCAD, where I honed my craft on student sets and learned the realities of filmmaking through hands-on experience with industry-standard tools. I discovered my voice, and fully realized my motivation to create authentic, human stories through a grounded and oftentimes personal lens.

I'm currently promoting my thesis film, "Loving Emma", as it begins its festival run in Spring 2026. I wrote, directed, and produced the film with the help of almost 60 crew members, collaborators, and donors. It was a privilege to make a film so personal and see it come to fruition, and I'm excited to see where it goes.
